LESS Sharing Policy

Effective Date: August, 2026

These Sharing Terms of Service (“Sharing Terms”) govern your use of the KC Finest BBQ sentiment-sharing page and your interactions with the artificial-intelligence voice agent known as Kacey and the artificial-intelligence chat agent known as Honey.

The sentiment-sharing page is operated by Melodic Montage Studios LLC (“MMS”) on behalf of KC Finest BBQ,

owned by Jimarse Blankenbaker (“KC Finest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as part of the LESS program, meaning “Leveraging the Experience of Service Sentiments.”

By accessing the sentiment-sharing page, interacting with Kacey or Honey, or submitting a written or spoken sentiment, you agree to these Sharing Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the page or submit a sentiment.

1. The Sentiment-Sharing Service

The page allows visitors to share written or spoken opinions, experiences, comments, or other feedback about KC Finest BBQ and its products. You may interact with the service through: A voice conversation with Kacey; A written conversation with Honey; or Another submission method made available through the page.

Kacey and Honey are automated artificial-intelligence agents. They are not human representatives. Their responses may be generated automatically and may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation.

Voice conversations with Kacey may be recorded, transcribed, stored, reviewed, and processed. Chat conversations with Honey may be stored, reviewed, and processed. The information you provide may be used to prepare and develop customer-sentiment content and creative materials for KC Finest BBQ.

2. Automated Routing and Email Copy

When you submit a sentiment, the submitted content will be automatically sent to: MMS’s internal team; and KC Finest BBQ.

Each person who submits a sentiment may receive a copy of the submitted message by email at the email address if they provid it during the submission process. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, email-provider restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By submitting a sentiment, you authorize the automated routing and email-copy process described in this section.

3. Consent to Recording, Transcription, Storage, and Processing

Before participating in a voice interaction with Kacey, the page may provide a notice that the conversation may be recorded or transcribed. By continuing after receiving that notice, participating in the conversation, or submitting a voice sentiment, you consent to the recording, transcription, storage, review, processing, and use of the conversation and sentiment as described in these Sharing Terms. By submitting a written sentiment through Honey or another submission form, you consent to the storage, review, processing, routing, and use of your submission as described in these Sharing Terms. You should not participate in a recorded voice conversation or submit written content if you do not consent to these activities. You should not submit confidential information, financial-account information, passwords, government identification numbers, or private information about another person.

4. Permission to Use Your Submission

By submitting a sentiment, you grant to MMS and KC Finest BBQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to: Receive, access, store, review, and process your submission; Use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, perform, distribute, and transmit your submission; Edit, shorten, organize, adapt, translate, reformat, and otherwise modify your submission; Combine your submission with photographs, graphics, music, video, text, branding, or other materials; Use any name, first name, username, voice recording, photograph, likeness, or other identifying material that you voluntarily include or authorize as part of your submission; and create derivative works and creative assets based on your submission.

This license applies to use on or through:

The KC Finest BBQ sentiment-sharing page; KC Finest BBQ websites and other web properties; Social-media accounts and pages; Email and digital marketing; Advertising and promotional materials; Static images; Video-rendered displays; MP3 or other audio files; and other marketing, promotional, informational, or business channels. MMS and KC Finest BBQ may use the submission with or without attribution. We may identify you by your first name, name, username, or another identifier you provide, subject to the information and choices presented during submission. You understand that materials published online may be viewed, copied, downloaded, shared, or redistributed by third parties. MMS and KC Finest BBQ cannot guarantee that published materials will remain within our control after publication.

5. Creation of Creative Assets

MMS may transform submitted sentiments into creative assets for publication and distribution. These assets may include: Quote graphics; Static images; Branded testimonial materials; Video-rendered displays; Audio or MP3 files; Written excerpts; Social-media content; and Other digital or promotional formats. MMS and KC Finest BBQ may select portions of a submission and make reasonable edits for length, clarity, formatting, grammar, style, or presentation. We will not be required to preserve the exact format or wording of the original submission.

6. Your Representations

By submitting a sentiment, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate;

You have the legal right to submit the content and grant the permissions described in these Sharing Terms;

Your submission is your own content or content that you are authorized to use;

Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights;

Your submission does not contain private personal information about another person without that person’s permission;

Your submission is not confidential or subject to a confidentiality obligation;

Your submission is not knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful;

Your submission does not contain malware, malicious code, or harmful technical material;

Your submission does not impersonate another person or organization;

Your submission does not include threats or instructions for unlawful conduct; and

You have obtained permission from any person whose voice, image, name, likeness, or other identifying information appears in your submission. You are responsible for the content you submit and for any consequences resulting from your submission.

7. Content Standards

Your submission must be relevant to your genuine experience with KC Finest BBQ or its products. You may not use the page to submit content that is: Offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing; Threatening, intimidating, or violent; Defamatory, knowingly false, or misleading; Infringing or unauthorized; Confidential or invasive of another person’s privacy; Spam, repetitive, or disruptive; Primarily promotional for another person, product, service, or business; Unlawful or intended to encourage unlawful conduct; Sexually explicit or excessively graphic; Harmful to minors; or Designed to interfere with the operation or security of the page. MMS and KC Finest BBQ may decline, restrict, edit, remove, or refuse to publish any submission for any reason, including because it does not meet these standards or does not fit the intended purpose of the page.

8. No Guarantee of Publication

Submitting a sentiment does not guarantee that it will be published, displayed, featured, shared, or used in any creative asset.

MMS and KC Finest BBQ may: Select which submissions to use; Publish only part of a submission; Edit a submission for length, clarity, grammar, or formatting; Combine a submission with other content; Delay or cancel publication; Publish a submission without identifying information; or Remove previously published content. We do not have an obligation to provide an explanation for declining or removing a submission.

9. No Compensation

You will not receive payment, royalties, prizes, ownership interests, or other compensation for submitting a sentiment or for our use of your submission. You waive any claim to compensation arising from the use, editing, transformation, publication, distribution, or display of your submission or any creative asset based on it.

10. Age Requirements

The sentiment-sharing page is not directed to children under 13. Users must be at least 18 years old to participate unless they have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to participate is responsible for supervising that participation and agrees to these Sharing Terms on the minor’s behalf. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, we will delete the information and submission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the sentiment-sharing page is handled as described in the Melodic Montage Studios LLC Privacy Policy, available at: https://melodicmontage.studio/privacy . The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, shared, protected, and retained. These Sharing Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

12. Artificial-Intelligence Disclosures

Kacey and Honey are automated artificial-intelligence agents. They may not understand every statement, question, accent, expression, or circumstance. The agents are provided for the limited purpose of facilitating the sharing of experiences and sentiments about KC Finest BBQ. They do not provide professional, legal, financial, technical, or other specialized advice. Do not rely on an automated response as a substitute for speaking with an appropriate human representative or qualified professional. If you need assistance with an order, product issue, refund, allergy concern, or other matter requiring human attention, request human assistance or contact KC Finest BBQ directly.

13. Product and Experience Statements

A sentiment submitted by a user reflects that user’s views and experience. It does not necessarily reflect the views of MMS or KC Finest BBQ.

MMS and KC Finest BBQ do not guarantee that any sentiment is accurate, representative, typical, or applicable to every customer. Customer experiences may vary. No sentiment, creative asset, or statement published through the page constitutes a guarantee of a particular result from purchasing or using any KC Finest BBQ product.

14. Service Provided “As Is”

The sentiment-sharing page, Kacey, Honey, and related features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMS and KC Finest BBQ disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that: The page will always be available; Kacey or Honey will respond accurately or appropriately; Conversations will be uninterrupted or error-free; Submitted content will be preserved; Emails will be delivered; A sentiment will be published; or The page will be free from technical problems, unauthorized access, or harmful code.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMS, KC Finest BBQ, Jimarse Blankenbaker, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to: Your use of or inability to use the page; Your interaction with Kacey or Honey; The recording, transcription, storage, routing, or processing of a conversation or submission; The use, editing, publication, or removal of a submission; Unauthorized access to or alteration of a submission; Email delivery failure; Third-party websites, platforms, or services; Statements made by other users; or Any other matter related to the sentiment-sharing service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of MMS and KC Finest BBQ for claims arising from or related to the sentiment-sharing service will not exceed the greater of $25 or the amount you paid to use the sentiment-sharing service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Sharing Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MMS, KC Finest BBQ, Jimarse Blankenbaker, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: Your submission; Your violation of these Sharing Terms; Your violation of another person’s rights; Your breach of any representation or warranty; Your misuse of the page, Kacey, or Honey; or Your violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with that defense.

17. Third-Party Services

The sentiment-sharing page may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, communication services, artificial-intelligence tools, email providers, analytics services, and other vendors. Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical limitations, and service interruptions. MMS and KC Finest BBQ are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, availability, or policies of third-party services.

18. Suspension, Termination, and Removal

MMS or KC Finest BBQ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the sentiment-sharing page at any time, with or without notice.

We may also remove, disable, edit, or discontinue any submission or creative asset at any time, including after publication.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning permissions, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

19. Changes to These Sharing Terms

We may update these Sharing Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the sentiment-sharing page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the page or submission of a sentiment after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Sharing Terms. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the page and do not submit additional content.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Sharing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any applicable law requiring a different forum or process, disputes arising from or relating to these Sharing Terms or the sentiment-sharing service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Orlando, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

21. General Provisions

If any provision of these Sharing Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These Sharing Terms, together with the KC Finest BBQ Privacy Policy and any additional notices displayed on the sentiment-sharing page, constitute the entire agreement concerning the sentiment-sharing service and supersede prior statements about that service. No waiver of any provision will be effective unless provided in writing. A failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

These Sharing Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and MMS or KC Finest BBQ.
